Payments: 50% in advance when booking, the Balance 30 days
before the beginning of the booked month.
There will be a 75% refund of the Amount in advance if the
booking is cancelled 90 days before the beginning of the booked month, 50% if cancelled 60 days before and 25% if cancelled 30 days
before.
In july and august is possible to book for a fortnight or a
month ONLY.
